St. Moritz

The birthplace of Alpine winter tourism
Having gained fame due to its mineral springs – which were discovered 3000 years ago and established the town as a summer spa resort – St. Moritz is known today as the ultimate holiday resort. It has a real sporting pedigree, hosting the Winter Olympics twice, and priding itself on the oldest bobsleigh run in the world. For winter sports enthusiasts there are 350 kilometers of pistes with state-of-the-art infrastructure, 150 km of winter walking trails, and a track network of about 200 km for cross-country skiers.
